The RPM 2 produces a powerful output for a portable, lightweight device and ensures a quick ramp-up time with its 0.001-second firing speed. Data such as wattage, voltage, coil resistance, and a puff counter are displayed on a 1.14-inch colour screen, and you can change the wattage using the controls below the screen. The RPM 2 is activated, locked, and unlocked with a large firing button. The fast-charging battery further increases the kit's versatility.

Both the RPM 2 and the original RPM pods can be used with the RPM 2. Both forms of pods have an ergonomic mouthpiece and a useful silicone stopper refill system that can be filled from the side. While the RPM 2 pods use the RPM2 coil series, the RPM pods use the RPM coil series. The overall resistance range of the two series is 0.16Ω to 1.2Ω. The RPM 2 pod included with the kit consists of a mesh coil that is pre-installed at 0.16Ω, while the spare RPM pod has a mesh coil that is 0.4Ω.
