IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to Royal Mail Industrial Action, we anticipate major delays to orders placed on or around the follow dates:

  • Friday 23rd December
  • Saturday 24th December

Items sent as Tracked 24 are given priority for delivery by the Royal Mail. Therefore, to minimise the disruption, we are upgrading all postage to Tracked 24 to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during this time.

LAST POSTING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

We advise ordering items around Christmas as early as possible to allow plenty of time for posting. Please see the last post dates below from the Royal Mail.

  • Friday 16th December: Royal Mail 24
  • Monday 19th December: Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Wednesday 21st December: Special Delivery Guaranteed

Please also consider Industrial Action strike dates when placing your order as these may cause delays to the above dates.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Any order placed after 3:30pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Bank Holidays are an exception. If an order is placed on a public holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

FIRST CLASS DELIVERY

    • 1-3 working days*
    • Delivery confirmation for parcels
    • Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday dispatched same day
    • Free on orders over £20
*1-3 working day delivery is not always possible. Some local offices across the UK are working on limited staff due to COVID-related self isolation, high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.
